Jillian is a partner at SEJE Consulting, which specializes in organizational health and healing, and the founder of Yes, and… journeys focused on supporting white folks to do the messy work of practicing antiracist living.
Jillian is energized by helping identify internal expertise and leverage collective wisdom within groups, which requires slowing down and listening deeply with curiosity, empathy, and humility. Throughout her multifaceted twenty-plus-year career as an educator, nonprofit professional, researcher, and collaborative consultant, she remains dedicated to nurturing relationships and connecting in the community.
Currently, she lives in Minneapolis with her spouse and delightful rescue dog, Lettuce. She loves to share the story behind their dog’s name, so be sure to ask!

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Kitana is passionate about mental health awareness and wellness through movement. She brings a unique and authentic experience to every space supporting individuals in their healing journey by expressing themselves with their bodies. Movement means to her a sense of liberation, inspiration, and transformation. Kitana currently lives and teaches yoga in Thailand.
She’s tying in this experience with her venture as a Virtual Assistant, providing online support for Health & Wellness enthusiasts and Community-driven business owners helping them showcase their authentic selves and gifts through content creation, website design, or any general administration support they need.

STRENGTH FINDERS COACH
Lindsay Marosi-Kramer is a Therapist, Certified Clifton Strengths Coach, and Leadership Expert. With more than 10 years of work in higher education as a leadership educator and 5 years as a therapist, Lindsay believes in a holistic approach to leadership and mental health.
Using Emotionally intelligent Leadership, Strengths, and Person-Centered approaches she works with individuals and groups/teams to develop skills and lean into better communication and team building. Lindsay firmly believes that anyone can be a leader and that being able to share your strengths and your story makes you more impactful. When she isn't practicing therapy or coaching groups she is spending time with her husband Wes, daughter Poppy, and 2 dogs Walter and Hank.

Maggie has made it her goal to rid meetings of boring notes that will never be revisited. As a Graphic Recorder with almost a decade of experience, Maggie uses her superpower to listen deeply and synthesize key themes and connections to make beautiful visual representations of group collaboration in real-time. Maggie has worked with organizations across North America, creating digital and hand-drawn visual notes to truly center conversations around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
